I can do a solid 35 to 40 quick push-ups in a row, but jeez.. 10 of these and I'm quivering like a newborn deer standing for the first time.
10 seconds on the way down, 10 seconds at the bottom, and 10 seconds on the way up. And the last 5 were probably more like 5 seconds.... >.>; Lame topic but I'm bored with no one to talk to. Talk to me please. --- Thank you for being a friend <3 ... Copied to Clipboard!

Doing any workout slower is a killer, really gets your muscles burning.

Interesting! Ive never heard of these. I started doing 100 push ups a day months ago and Im now at 200 a day feeling much stronger. 10 seconds is really hard and you find yourself wanting to speed them up. The second set I had a couple that felt really nice and well controlled. Then it all just falls to shit and I just try to do it as long as I can.
