I can do a solid 35 to 40 quick push-ups in a row, but jeez.. 10 of these and I'm quivering like a newborn deer standing for the first time.

10 seconds on the way down, 10 seconds at the bottom, and 10 seconds on the way up.

And the last 5 were probably more like 5 seconds.... >.>;

Lame topic but I'm bored with no one to talk to. Talk to me please.

My chest is on FIRE.

Like I've done 30 push ups that started with 10 seconds and are now hovering around 3 seconds and I'm not sure how many more I can do.

Im gonna incorporate some of these 10 second ones to test em out.

10 seconds is really hard and you find yourself wanting to speed them up. The second set I had a couple that felt really nice and well controlled. Then it all just falls to shit and I just try to do it as long as I can.

DDP does them in DDP Yoga all the time and I found I like the way they feel soo much more.
