Depending on what it means, then it seems like a sensible change. Unless there is a reasonable expectation of violence, a social worker would probably be better equipped than the police. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I wonder also if cops are leery of overstepping with a social worker around. Which if that's the case, good. If all it takes is for a social worker to babysit the police, that'd be awesome.
