My point is this topic isn't being very fair to a guy that not only suffered a lot but contributed much through out his musical career and charities that he's donated to as well, why are you tearing him apart now from some dug up article from the 70's? I'm sure he's had to answer to this over the years, why not let him move on with his life and repent from his wrongful beliefs? Kids aren't "born racist" most of them don't give a fuck and are curious at worst, if they grow up seeing largely their only own skin colour. Racism is learnt and if they hear parents/friends/teachers othering others and telling them people who aren't like them are bad, then they will apply that to people of different races/sexuality/etc.

Also, fuck Clapton. Disgusting piece of shit that he is.
