I would recommend watching in order but i believe the 2nd season is not dubbed. Everything on netflix is dubbed though. There are 2 arcs on netflix but there are an additional 2 before the netflix arcs take place which are just as good if not better than the netflix arcs although the kaioh tourney is pretty epic. I watched it because I'm a massive Baki fan, but the netflix adaptation is just so low budget. Doesn't capture the absurd detail of the manga at all. Even the 2000 anime had a higher budget.

Is Eighty Six on your radar TC? The dubbed version is currently up to episode 5 on crunchyroll. Second season of the sub starts in October, so it might not be until next year when the second season gets dubbed. Amazing anime, with decent action and a lot of emotional scenes.

A Certain Magical Index and A Certain Scientific Railgun. Index is technically the parent series, but Railgun is the better series despite being a spin-off. There's also another shorter spin-off, A Certain Scientific Accelerator, and it's solid too.
