the rich dont pay their fair share of taxes? They pay whatever the current law says, if they dont like it rewrite the tax code and eliminate deductions and loopholes and increase what the rich owe, im not rich but I take what the law says i can, im sure the rich do too

The alternative minimum tax was an attempt to do precisely this but the rich were 3 steps ahead.
