I get physical when I know its something I want to keep forever. You dont technically own digital games, even though youre paying full price for it, which there should be laws against.

i buy physical games only if they somehow gone extinct on the psn store or not available online.

Physical you can sell, trade and donate your games. When a game is discontinued, there is the second hand market which you can get the game legally. When you want to lend or borrow a game there is no need to give or get someone account to play it.
Digital you can't sell, trade or donate your games and selling accounts or buying account for a game is against the rules, which can get it banned. When a game gets delisted there is no legal way to get it. When you want to try your friend game or you want to lend your game, it requires granting access to each other account. It can take like 18 hours for me to download a modern game with my internet. And thats if we don't use the internet at all during that time. It's too much of a hassle for anything bigger than maybe 20 GB.
