The original nahobi no kami were created to combat the "magatsuhi no kami", which were created after the "netherworld flith" was cleaned off Izanagi after his trip to the netherworld. I'm thinking the Nahobino is meant to be the antithesis to the Demi-Fiend of Nocturne. I played the hell out of IV and IV:A , but they botched law and even chaos to an extent. ~~IMO, the point is that theyre supposed to be appealing and solve a real issue at a high price, but IVs are just different flavors of genocide.
