I have elevated liver enzymes, which is unsurprising given my alcohol addiction. Gotta figure that out. Theyre going to force me to go in in about a month (I expect) because my prescription has no refills and they already called the doctor to fill it once. $50 copay isnt worth paying unless you think theres something wrong with you. <cite>Payzmaykr posted [p:956082599] in How was yo... TheLiarParadox 07/14/21 6:33:30 PM #8:	I have an appointment Friday morning. I expect it to go well overall but I'm unsure about my vitamin D levels. I spent a lot of time outdoors last summer and even though I live in Texas, I still wasn't able to get to sufficient levels. I've been taking a 5000IU supplement for the past year, so hopefully that helped things. Everything else should be fine, as it was a year ago. I've lost more weight, exercised more, and my diet is cleaner than it has ever been.
