Plus, as soon as the video started you see the mentally ill woman going to hit the camera woman. And it seems like the Victoria secrets employee was defending the camera woman to the best of her capabilities. She apparently was there before the video started. She called security on the white woman. The white woman apparently wanted security called on the black woman for some reason. That same employee apparently declined since they didnt call security until she started freaking out.

context clues will seem to be on the camera womans side. But we should pretend like something else happened before the camera rolled to fit your narrative of the camera woman being the aggressor forsome reason. Ok.

Uh...I don't think the lady recording was antagonizing. She stayed because she just wanted to keep shopping and thought after that initial breakdown things were done. The video pops back up again with the lady screaming at her, and the WHOLE TIME she's trying to keep her distance. I don't blame her for recording again when it seems like the lady was acting crazy again.

Like, I can see trying to milk it on her Youtube channel is weird, but all the evidence points to me that she was trying to protect herself.

Edit: Found out that the white lady was initially screaming about calling the police or security before the recording started so that's probably the real reason the lady who recorded stayed.

You can see she went in to hit the recording woman, realised she was being recorded and started sobbing and screaming in the middle of the store. The woman stopped recording, thinking that her tantrum had stopped, only for the woman harassing her to start screaming again as soon as the camera was put away.

I don't know how you can defend this sort of behavior from a grown ass adult. She acted like a fucking five year old, while the woman recording it all did so to have a record of this treatment - a choice that was proven to be justified by the fact that she put her phone away, only to be accosted all over again.

You can go "but recording her like that is harassment! maybe she did nothing wrong and the black woman instigated all of this!" - and yet you see the white woman go to take a swing, instantly start sobbing and wailing like a toddler having a tantrum when the phone comes out to record her behaviour, and then rush the woman recording. The worst thing you can say about the woman recording is that she wasn't impressed by the behavior and made a few comments to express her displeasure - she treated the staff respectfully and calmly, especially compared to the woman being recorded, she explained herself and what happened and why she was at the store to begin with, and she asked for security in the wake of all this without devolving into the mindset of a screaming child.

You can't see this video and not think that the main subject of it is anything but a shit-stirrer and the instigator of all this. You see her take a swipe at the woman who's recording it, and then she chases her around the store while screaming at her. How that is defensible to some of you people is mind-boggling.

What we know is that the subject of the video gave the police an exaggerated statement, the woman who recorded the video was able to back up her own statement with the footage, and she's got a GoFundMe with which to pursue legal action. It's also reasonable to assume that the store had a video camera which captured the entire incident, meaning that if she does pursue legal action, she might be able to subpoena the footage.

Honestly, what the fuck happened to America where some entitled moron can lie on the floor in the middle of a store and bellow her lungs out - and not get removed by security or told to leave by the staff? What a revolting human being.
