I'll go first:
The political ideology of the governing body should be one firmly grounded in the principles of science, both hard science and political science. Debunked axioms like trickle-down economics would no longer apply, and would in fact be forbidden from being discussed publicly until hard, peer-reviewed proof arises that they are legitimate (spoiler: this will never happen but still, we need to allow room for discourse haha). Diversity and Inclusion for all peoples, creeds, sexes, genders would be encouraged. Nonetheless, despite the Liberal bent in social and fiscal matters, free market capitalism would be the rule in economics except in the event that it infringes on the rights of the people. Capitalism may not be a perfect system, but it's the best that we have afaik. With that said, we would take on SOME of the qualities of Socialism and Leninism such as losing our senseless fetish for free speech and putting dissidents who turn their nose up at Science where they belong. Guns would be forbidden, full stop. Gun owners would have a grace period to comply before joining the rest of us in the 21st century.

Outlays would be as follows for 2022. I have done the math on all of the below and will gladly show my work. In addition to being versed in liberal arts (philosophy), I am also an Engineer.

Social Security: $2.75 trillion with age lowered to 50
Medicare: $4.4 trillion (Single-payer healthcare program which would save money in the long term according to every study that has ever been done)
Defense: $100 billion (capped, no increases until approved by a 2/3rds majority of both houses of
congress)
Infrastructure: $5 trillion. 'nuff said.

All of the above could easily be paid for with a wealth tax imho. Income taxes are a joke imho and punish people like doctors/lawyers while the rich easily avoid them. Discuss.
