 It's a Division Bell 1.5oz Mezcal .5oz Maraschino Liqueur .75oz Aperol .75oz Lime Juice Shake and double strain into cocktail glass Spritz the oils of a grapefruit peel over drink and discard peel.  Pearl of Puebla 2oz Mezcal .75 Yellow Chartruese .75 Lime Juice 1tsp Ricard (I used Absinthe) 1tsp Agave Nectar 4 sprigs of Oregano Muddle oregano with agave. I looking forward to going to Mexico when the world gets sorted out. I had a flight booked on the March of 2020. Obviously things never worked out. Mezcal is amazing.

Currently drinking a Paloma but I fucked up and brought Blood Orange Soda instead by accident instead of Grapefruit Soda so it's a 5/10.

Ya, I work at a very large wine and spirits shop, and I also service bartending/Bartending now.
I actually have a bottle of it in the other room, it's not really my thing, but I had to get it because there is a cat on the bottle! ~That brand is interesting because they have a bunch of different labels for their bottles. Mezcal is the name for a general agave spirit. Tequila is made only from blue agave
