On weekdays I'll have some fruit (prunes or cherries) peanuts and a breakfast bar with the soda. The coffee will have been consumed a couple hours ago by now. Saturday I'll do bacon, cottage cheese, two slices of toast (healthy choice so 35 calories each) fruit and the breakfast bar along with the soda. Depending on when I wake up I may have the coffee with this.
