And I got an email saying that I've already been vacinnated and it even told me with what vaccine. How am I supposed to get vaccinated now. It wouldn't even let me reply to the email.

Is it possible you got vaccinated but forgot? Is there a way for you to try again?

Possibly try booking an appointment with a walk-in clinic (presuming you don't have a family doctor) and ask if they can point you in the right direction? I know accessing health care is a lot easier said than done in the North, but short of contacting the relevant regional health authority directly, I'm not sure what else you'd do.

adjl, I booked an appointment just now to go into the clinic. It'll be a week, but at least I'll get to speak to someone in person and hopefully it'll get sorted out.
I am worried they will refuse me if it says I got vaccinated beasue they wouldn't want to risk giving someone too much too quickly. Maybe they can search me to see I have no needle marks.

That should work. You probably won't actually get the shot at that appointment (looking for needle marks doesn't indicate much, the mark from mine was gone pretty much overnight), but you should at least be able to get the ball rolling on sorting out whatever administrative error has happened here, and eventually get it.

That information should be tied to your provincial or territorial health account. Mine showed up on my record in under a week after I got each dose (Alberta lets you access your record online).

It should be easy to prove that you've had or haven't had a vaccine.

Unless someone stole his health account info. Which does need to be looked into

It said I got AstraZeneca already and according to "Vaccines for COVID-19: Shipments and deliveries - Canada.ca" statistics, that's unlikely seeing as how they only started using it last week.

If I had to guess, somebody accidentally punched in your health card number when they were processing somebody else's shot, and somehow the error made it all the way through (they usually also verify the name and DoB, but I guess that step got missed somehow). This is especially likely if the actual recipient of "your" vaccine got it out of province, since that makes for extra administrative hoops to jump through that may have interfered with the usual precautions. Either way, it should be easy enough to get it sorted out, though I'd expect you to have to wait a couple weeks before you can actually get your shot.

I just went in today and they gave me a vaccination without issue. Twice during the process my health card and DoB info was used to look up my records and nothing was brought up. I think maybe the email I was sent was sent to the wrong person?
