When my hair was long I was always charged womens rates if i kept it long and for the first haircut from long to short.

Seems kind of bs, they should have it Short hair - $10 and Long hair $20. But they again they probably wanted to still charge women with short haircuts the $20

it shouldn't even be a gender thing. because some women like their hair short and will cut it as often as guys

20 dollars. But on a side note, women pay a LOT more than that just for their hair. I know my mother pays at least 40-50 depending on what she gets done. Could easily hit the 100 mark with dyeing her hair to keep it looking younger. She's in her late 60s so she really doesn't want it to be gray/white.
