What is the most amount of weight you have lost?










What method did you use to lose weight?

The most I ever shed in one go was 55lbs through strict calorie counting using MyFitnessPal, though I think Chronometer is superior now.

60-70.

counted calories and got a kitchen scale and regimented food intake on a per-meal basis. Starting running and lifting about 4x a week for less than an hour a session. Lost about 1 lb a week for more than a year, went from an XL to M shirt.

Gained social skills along the way, started dating, had way more sex, got a lot more positive attention at work; was a great thing to do.

my healthy/comfortable weight is 145. Currently probably 135-140 due to exercising more and eating less junk. Apparently for my height, 130-135 is healthy....but i don't see how you can be that light and still have muscle.

I've never intentionally tried to lose weight because i've been skinny as fuck my entire life. My body doesn't really regulate the chemicals that manage hunger correctly. I was barely eating as a kid/teen until my mom started taking me to see a doctor.

Dieting. I found a cheese shop in a nearby town and i just ballooned from that moment because i have no will power against good cheese. But I hate jogging enough to keep me off it.

Around 60 lbs.

I used life threatening acute diverticulitis which went undiagnosed for like 2 years while they tried to figure out what was wrong with me.

I was 123lbs and i looked like a skeleton. I see people on ce say like "I'm 5'11 132lbs" and I'm like... how? At 5'9" 123 I looked like a junkie on the verge of death.

More on topic I've lost 7lbs in like a month. I was 194. The most I ever weighed in my life was 194lbs but I was huge then. Like muscle wise. Now I have a lot less muscle and way way more fat. Lol.

.... I've just drank less beer and instead of eating healthy meals and tons of junk on top of it I stopped buying junk so its not around which makes it pretty easy in my circumstances.

Plus its summer so I'm on the bike or swimming a lot.

I'll routinely do 30lbs on an 8 week cut maybe once every year and a half. I just count calories and try to get my macros in the right ballpark.

A couple of years ago I went from 130 to 160 over a couple of months without realizing it. People started to comment on the weight gain and I felt really fat. So I started drinking water with every meal and doing some calisthenics and I lost the 30 pounds in a month
