And I say that as someone whos always liked them.
Ten years ago, people acted like they were the biggest sin of mankind. Now were living in a reality where Revenge of the Sith beats The fucking Empire Strikes Back as the best Star Wars movie on some poll I saw on Facebook. Just the typical Star Wars cycle. The same manchildren who hate the sequels now will be worshipping them when the next trilogy comes out for them to hate.

I think if you stripped away the acting, the cg, and the dialogue, then the base story was actually decent. And then when compared to the sequel trilogy, it gets magnified how much better the prequel trilogy is in comparison.
Not to mention like the animated tv series helped add to the lore of the prequels. ... Copied to Clipboard!
