You can't on any phone that doesn't have Bluetooth 6 (and might need headphones that support it too? not sure). At least one of you will need to use wired headphones - and I'm not even 100% sure if you can do that and a bluetooth headset at the same time? (It's possible on a technical level, and quite easy to achieve on a PC, but whether phones actually support doing it software-wise...)

You can kinda fake it by using 3 different adapters.

Only Bose QC headphones can do this, but generally speaking, you can't.
