There's being an asshole, and then there's being a straight up psychopath to throw out something heavy enough to damage a car on the freeway (although even dumping a bag can land on the windshield and cause an accident leading to death or worse)

Eh, thats whatever but littering and throwing trash after you have it easy enough to get on paved roads by displacing entire ecosystems is enough to get me heated

The planet deserves more respect than that
