The new video player is atrocious. Sometimes when you click on a video to make it full screen it freezes while the audio still plays. It now also autoplays while youre reading the comment section. The video player has frozen my app a few times as well.
Theyve also ruined the subscription feed now they will show you content from subreddits you arent even subscribed to in your feed. How does that make sense? If I wanted to see content that Im not subscribed to, Id use /r/all. This includes subreddits youve unsubscribed from. Sync Pro for Android is a good alternative. Apollo for iOS. That said, I don't mind the default reddit app.

I don't use the Reddit app. I use the compact Reddit site on mobile. But they're doing their damnest to phase it out, which is bad since the mobile site is sluggish.
