This came from a civil trial the same woman put forward back in 2005. Not including the main allegation (which was the only one with both sufficient evidence and was still within the statute of limitations) would basically mean there isn't a case against Bill Cosby outside of him directly confessing to these crimes. So they overturned the decision and let him walk. So on one hand, it in no way suggests that Cosby was innocent in this incident, rather that a prior commitment meant that Cosby couldn't be charged with this specific crime in this specific case.
