Staying at home all day and night watching a baby/child all the time while it relentlessly tries to do things that will harm itself. No social interaction at all, only person to talk to is the baby. The chad that knocked you up at work all day flirting with the cute girls and going out for drinks after work while you sit in complete silence because any noise at all might awake the child and re-open the gates of hell.

Your chad husband comes home later than usual. You suspect he is having an affair with his hot young secretary. But you are too afraid to confront him about it. Besides you know he would just deny it anyways.

He asks you 'why do you look like such a mess. you should clean yourself up.' And immediately after demands his dinner. You explain to him that dinner will be late because the child has been acting up today. He shrugs off your excuses and goes off into another room alone until dinner is ready.

After you finish dinner you ask your husband if he can discipline your child so that he behaves a little better for her. He says 'can't tonight got a call of duty game online with my bros from college remember.' You know how much he misses his friends from the past so you don't object. You finish cleaning up the kitchen then find the child to clean them up and get them to bed.

Once all that work is done you collapse on to your bed in exhaustion. You wait for maybe an hour for your husband to come to bed so you can talk about your days. He never comes. Finally you start to doze off into a slumber when you hear him enter the room and silently crawl into bed. You both lay there in silence.

Another day, nothing. Just more of the same. With no light at the end of the tunnel you begin to wonder; 'Is this it for me? Is this really how the rest of my life will play out? Just the same forever?' These thoughts may seem absurd but when you have only yourself to talk to for what seems like years now they are very real and rational thoughts. 5 o'clock can't come soon enough so you can begin drinking without thinking that you may be starting to develop a problem.

Lol Im a mom and this is nothing like my experience. Mostly because I havent married a deadbeat and I still go out and do things for myself while he watches her.
