Yeah, this weeks episode was 100% banger from start to after-credits stinger.
Just novel of them to stack Smith corpses like firewood, and everything, from the stupid reasons the decoys were killing one another as to why some were different both made sense and was funny. The fact that the OGs were randomly just on a family space adventure while everything went down was great.
And then you have Glockenspiel Jerry living forever.

The whole concept was awesome. From the onset of Rick making a clone that has enough autonomy to think they're the original to make another clone, to all the individual realized versions of the family cope with this problem running into the same issues, and then how it all plays out with all of them knowing this. It's like Rick was a little too good at what he does that it ended up being bad for him. You get a ton of character development from each version of the family without anything actually being consequential.

And then the realization once you know what's going on that this whole thing is totally fucked, while they cheekily keep pulling the rug going closer and closer to the original Rick (if there's even one). Might be one of my favorite eps.

this season feels like a return to form! been enjoying it more than the last one so far actually!

i definitely need to bookmark a video of the stinger for when people talk about wanting to exist forever.

but seriously, though, did i miss something? why couldn't that jerry die? are the rest of his kind still alive under all that rubble?
