A delayed game has a chance to be good and all that, but... it's a LEGO game. They churn those out like krogan babies.

Granted they're always full of bugs for being rushed, and if this one works perfectly, hey that's great, but I imagine bug fixing is not whats causing the delay.

I've also just found out that the new game got delayed... like twice so far.

I'm about to buy a shit ton of Lego games on the Steam sale soon. I only played Indiana Jones and Batman on PSP when I was a kid. Never knew or remember it was buggy at launch. I guess the devs want to put a extra time on the game and of course, slower development due to COVID.

are you talking about the star wars one?

I imagine it's because they're using a new engine, new gameplay style for a lot of it, and completely redoing 7 movies worth of content + adding 2 more

I'm assuming that each movie will not be represented through as many levels as they previously were in the separate games. They've done that before for larger games. Would be really cool if I'm wrong.
