It's all good. I didn't even watch Endgame until about a year after it came out. I haven't seen Captain Marvel, Thor Ragnorok, etc. As it is, I'm pretty burned out on MCU movies anyway.

Theyre spending movie dollars on these and they moved the TV division to under Feige completely.

Or that in just the first 3 episodes we've seen from Loki, we've already been introduced to branching/alternate timelines, multiverse versions of different characters, and the existence of an organization more powerful than the literal Infinity Stones that's been monitoring and controlling the events of the MCU this entire time.

But sure, none of this stuff matters. And it especially doesn't matter given that we haven't had new MCU content since Far From Home in 2019.

People think they need to know every detail of the story to understand whats going on, but thats simply not the case. Comics wouldnt even exist today as a medium if that was the case. >_>

Technically speaking, most of the MCU isn't essential viewing though. Really, if you just watch the four Avengers movies and Captain America Civil War you wouldn't be lost.

But the appeal of the MCU has always been in the worldbuilding and lore, not the broad strokes storytelling. You can understand the Avengers movies just fine without having seen every other MCU movie, but you probably won't appreciate them the same as if you had been following along.

Now make the connection with disney+ shows instead of arguing with yourself then Agents of Shield was still a fun show even if it was irrelevant to the MCU. Half of Wandavision was still a fun show until it went oops now we're a marvel movie, pew pew person with the same powers but EVIL. Falcon's speech is still a great speech, and would only happen on Disney+ because disney aint putting that on the MCU, just like loki's sexuality is a throw away line in Disney+ that will never happen where glorious china can be offended by the existence of non-straight people. You don't need wandavision to go, "Oh the two magic heroes are going to be together", you didn't need falcon and winter soldier to tell you what endgame already did, and we'll see in a few weeks if Loki is any different.

Well I mean there has to be several anyways. They have gone after multiple Lokis and they all cant be from the same timeline. Its just they dont let those timelines do anything besides what is wanted. Otherwise, a female Loki would be a variant at birth. As would the mother for creating a female instead of a male.

I think the only reason Lady Loki is even allowed to exist in the first place is because someone else (likely Old Loki) managed to get to those timelines before the TVA was able to prune them.

In fact, I'm almost positive Lady Loki was taken from her timeline prior to the TVA pruning it.

Yeah, i've watched all the MCU movies and the tv shows. I've enjoyed them all and didn't need to pretend they're some narrative masterpiece. They're fun dumb shows and that's all they need to be. Because it turns out, super heroes don't really work when you start applying logic to it.
