Well you can avoid the first one by cleaning your home regularly.

You can avoid the second one by just not making out with your dog (no idea why people do this)

You're right about the third point. Just lazy owners but not everyone is like that.

I will say, I do not understand why people let their dogs sleep in their beds. They literally make dog beds.
