Was there a movie before this one set on the same night? Everytime I see a teaser or trailer for this I get that impression. Because it starts with a house on fire and the main characters looking like they just fought Michael. I haven't seen a Halloween movie since that set of 2 reboots like 10 years ago

I dont wanna watch it because trailer are way too spoilery these days.

But I'm guessing he survived because atthe end of 2018 Halloween you see all the guns were locked behind a metal door in that basement. He probably crawled in there and shut the door until the fire burned out.

That or they will have him rip a wall or something down to escape

Im a hardcore Halloween fan so Im super happy love getting more Micheal especially with Jamie Lee Curtis coming back and Carpenter executive producer

Stopped watching the trailer after about 30-40 seconds because it was showing way the fuck too much lol

Will check it out on release. Liked the 2018 movie more or less, with the soundtrack being my standout. This was vintage Carpenter.

I feel like the "The town is gonna team up and kill him" attitude is undercut a bit by the knowledge that this is the second film of a trilogy. You just know all those people are mulch.
