An Oklahoma mother of two was killed following an attack from four pit bull dogs she was looking after, according to law enforcement

Rebecca McCurdy, 28, was discovered dead in Skiatook, west of Tulsa, officials from the Osage County Sherriffs Office said, noting that she was attacked by pit bulls as witnesses tried to save her after the dogs began ripping at her on 19 June.

If you get a pitbull, just get one and no other pets and treat it like it's a loaded firearm. Never leave it's presence when you have guests or children.

A loaded firearm seems much safer, a safety can be engaged, it can be safely handled by people who know what their doing, and a child can be kept away from a gun.

My naivety came from my previous pitbull who actually did get along with family and my other small dogs, that particular pit was the best dog I've ever had. The new 1 reminded me so much of her I thought it'd be the same cuz he acted so much alike towards me at least, but nah, straight killer.

The only things that pit bulls typically cant tolerate is other animals. If your Pitbull randomly attacks someone, its because youre a shitty owner who shouldnt have dogs

theyre like the grossest looking things with their short, muscly bodies. they have this weird almost slimy fur, and their mouths are just creepy looking

seriously if someone goes out of their way to get specifically a pitbull and nothing else, that should be a red flag

I don't inherently hate pitbulls but they terrify me. So what if a chihuahua is more aggressive on average? I could snap a chihuahua in half by accident. I doubt I could fight off a pitbull.

Mind you I apply this same logic to a lot of big dogs. When I see a small woman with two large german shepherds in the park I get nervous. The fuck is she gonna do if those things deem me a threat?

It shouldn't be legal to walk a more then one dog at once generally unless they are very small/light

Actually wolves are not as crazy as a pitbull due to how they have a pack social structure. I would trust a wolf to not go crazy randomly then a pitbull, and yes I have met a domestic wolf which was very sweet. Seen and been near many fucked up and crazy aggressive pitbulls.

I have a nephew that stays here a lot. Pitbull doesnt ever have a problem with him
