Its for my neurodegenerative disease class. Bros, I dont think Im going to survive. I have to talk for 90 minutes straight in front of people twice.

i hated doing that, there's no trick in the book that makes it easier. how many people do you have to present to? you also have to provide a powerpoint for it? if so the easiest way i found to stay on track was pages of bullet points for each slide, helps you keep track of where you are and what points you need to cover.

Thankfully, only 15 of us including the professor. I can use a PowerPoint but only as a guide really. I also have to be prepared to answer questions from each student and the professor.

Im a biology major but one of my last requirements to graduate is this class. Its a 6 week course so a lot of work.

Talking about alzheimer's shouldn't be hard for 90 minutes. It might be boring but its doable. Theres probably tons of great review articles talking about the pathophysiology of the disease in detail. Huntington's or Parkinson's shouldn't be tough to get to 90 minutes either. And tbh with you theres probably plenty of pre-made presentations on those topics if you search hard enough online.

Use imagery and like pretend practicing in front of others. Look up progressive muscle relaxation technique and start doing it everyday.

I think Ill be able to talk about symptoms, treatments, and so on without much h difficulty. Its mainly the genetic parts Im worried about. Talking about genetics is incredibly boring to me. My presentation is on Alzheimers which is one of the diseases I am more interested in so I lucked out when I randomly picked it from the drawing.

Right, my presentation are the very last week of July so Ill be spending a lot of time practicing from now until then. I also ended up being the very last person to present due to the randomness of the drawing we did so Ill have the opportunity to analyze everyone else. That way, I know what to do and what not to do.
