I'm not a violent person but I almost punched my brother yesterday because he kept saying, "Look, vaccines don't work because they're always going to make up a new variant that gets around it so they can prolong the pandemic as long as they need to."

He showed me a post from some scientist earlier on in the pandemic who talked about viruses mutating to get around vaccines. This was a legitimate expert warning that we need to reduce spread to keep this from happening. My brother takes that in and his interpretation is that it was "always the plan."

I had to quit talking to him and I'm thinking I might mean that in a general sense.

No. They were first in the world to administer a vaccine to the public, Pfizer specifically.

china is the one with the bad vaccine. think it's closer to 30% protection.

My best friend's brother (was also a good friend) got swept up in all that Q nonsense too. He unfriended him on FB and is not speaking to him. Been over two months.

First dose is potentially 30%, second dose bumps it up to between 60 and 70 percent.

I still wear my mask in public, despite being fully vaccinated in March. This is why.
