That's how you will feel after digesting 3-5g of xanthan gum. Preferably in a protein ice cream.

Does it taste better? I find the subtle taste of xanthum to ruin everything I use it in.

I use the gum in sauces, ice cream, and drinks. Never noticed any particular taste tbh. Then again, I don't notice the aftertaste of stevia as well.

Because of this topic I bought some, it arrived yesterday.

I just had 1tsp in water a few minutes ago. I do feel slightly fuller but honestly it's no more than just chugging a glass of water. I'll see if I feel any different in 15 minutes or so.

Also it didn't want to mix at all :(
