I do/did tip my barber, as she did great work and always went the extra mile. Since they've opened up again, she's moved on to something else so only got a very basic hair cut so just paid the standard price.

I have a hard time believing people who work jobs where they probably don't make much money get super offended by being given more money for doing their job
