Well, tendon adhesions where my hand got cut open. Dont have very good range of movement, at week 3 post surgery my physiotherapist thinks theres a whole lotta adhesion.
I really fucking hope that more physio helps the tendons glide better because Ill be so pissed if Im stuck with a dodgy hand. Can I just get a robot hand already? --- Did my singing please you? No, the words you sang were wrong 24 hour party parrot ... Copied to Clipboard!

Only if you have really good insurance. Not an issue, not in the US. I was covered by private health insurance, but the only difference to being public is I got the most senior surgeon. If Id been public, there would still have been no out of pocket. It horrifies me to think how much it would have cost for 2 emergency room visits, reconstructive surgery and ongoing physiotherapist appointments if I lived in the US. You guys need universal healthcare, seriously. Nobody should have to decide between saving money and being permanently disabled in one hand versus getting it fixed and having a shitload of debt. --- Did my singing please you? After I broke my arm, I had a 2nd surgery to clear out some scar tissue and remove the plate to hope I'd get better range of movement back. My radial nerve got agitated and basically for 5 or 6 months I couldn't lift my wrist or fingers. I had a brace with kind of rubber band finger holes that would hold everything since I could still lower.
Just one day it just returned and then over a few days I was a good as normal. So if the issue is nerve, it can just take time and there isn't much you can do. If it's something else then hopefully your doctors are able to help. --- If you do things right, people won't be sure that you have done anything at all. I thankfully havent had tendon issues but
Modern science has gotten really good at treating a lot of issues that even 20 years ago you just dealt with in tendons Can definitely understand at least on some level how frustrating it is to not be able to do what you're telling your body to do that it used to always do. --- If you do things right, people won't be sure that you have done anything at all.
