Tbf, even if this is entirely true, most of the characters are still fairly unique relative to other FPSes, not counting Soldier 76 (who's like that by design) or the ones that are just straight-up ripped from TF2 (Mercy/Medic, Hanzo/Huntsman Sniper, Torb/Engie, Junkrat/Demo, etc.). Baptiste probably loses on both overall, but Sigma and Moira aren't winning any awards in the design department either. Not really sure why Orisa/Wrecking Ball are on your poll. Or Hanzo. When Sigma first came out he was one of the best designed and fluid characters I have ever played. However, his kit basically had everything in it so they had to nerf the shit out of his constantly over time. The biggest nerfs coming to how long he has to wait to deploy his shield. At first it was instant and the character felt great, after nerfs it is like 3 seconds or something and the character feels clunky as hell now. Baptiste looks ordinary and sounds pretty ordinary but with a roster full of unique characters, he ends up being unique himself because if that. He is probably the most relatable person on the roster. He is funny too. I guess if I had to pick the hero I dislike the most by design, is probably Torb, Sym or Bastion. I dont hate those characters at all. I just like them the least. Especially Sym.
