Long story short,

I'm in sales and the site I am at just changed the budget for the site due to how we performed during the pandemic. The amount of sales (11) per month that would earn me 80k+ a year is now set at 17 per month to receive the same pay. Two days later, I put in a transfer to another site where the sales team didn't over perform and I could still make my 80k+ selling 11 packages.

My boss is not taking it well. He's been trying to change my mind since. My last day before the transfer is the 29th of the month. I also put in for a two week vacation to bide my time until then. I don't like working for peanuts. This pissed my boss off even more.

My boss is a great guy. Love him. But I need to make money.
