Favorite so far has been Kings Of The Wyld by Nicholas Eames, a fantasy story where merc groups are treated like rock bands (looking for work and doing jobs is them 'going on tour'). The story is about one of the more famous ones coming out of retirement (and 'getting the band back together') to try and save the daughter of one of then. Loaded with humor and great characters.
