1. Tifa gave no shits about Cloud when they were growing up together. However, when Cloud announces to her that he's joining Shinra to become a Solider she instantly falls in love with him and wants him back ASAP to save and protect her. The closest reason I can think of why she has this sudden complete change towards Cloud is that most of the boys in town were leaving, and she prolly grasp at Cloud at that very last moment. Still doesn't make much sense.
2. Why did Lucrecia leave Vincent for Hojo? Vincent loved her and was there for her but for some reason she choose Hojo over him, let the dude fuck her and then experiment on her. Was she just simply a god damn dumb and awful person?
3. Why did the group let Cloud go on with the journey after obvious signs of Sephiroth having some control over Cloud? Right after his attack on Aerith at the Temple of Ancients, they all should of known better. And if that wasn't a good indication for him to stop, the death of Aeris should have 100% stopped him. It would have been completely reasonable to be within Caith's, Cid's and Vincent's character to tell Cloud he's done. They'll have to some how manage without him but nope.

Wasn't there a whole scene with Tifa going on a mountain adventure and cloud was the only one who didn't pussy out going with her? That's something.

I'm pretty sure Lucrecia is just a dumbass that's overcommitted to science. Her whole thing seems thrown together. Why the fuck is she in a crystal?

Is there a Nidhogg in that game?

1. Cloud was very standoffish, he didnt like the other guys Tifa hung out with, so Tifa really wasnt friends with Cloud, but she became interested in him when he was the only guy that followed her up the mountain when she was depressed after her mom died.
2. Lucretia felt extremely guilty over the death of Vincents father so she cut herself off from his life thinking that was for the best for him. She let Hojo experiment on her because at heart she is a scientist and wanted to make Sephiroth. And I really dont think Hojo is the biological dad of Sephiroth, my head canon is that its Vincent.
3. Because the game needed to progress lol

This isn't true. She gave no fucks about him even after that incident. There was no indication of her showing any affection towards him during or right after the incident.

Actually I think I misremembered that scene, she doesnt remember Cloud following her until shes in Clouds mind. I guess she was just interested because Cloud was the only who still cared about her after she became depressed.
Lucretia, kinda, but shes not so shit that she doesnt feel guilt and remorse.

Debating with another person from a different forum. He's saying Hojo raped Lucrecia. I never got that he did TBH.
