As for Eula, I finally got her ascended to level 70/80. Now to farm the mats again to get her to 90. Then level up her weapons to max and her talents to level 7 at least.

My impression is that Jean at the endgame is a really good character who isn't amazing at any one particular task, but the specific combination of things she does (burst healing, AOE nuking, crowd control) makes her a very easy fit into almost any team comp. She almost reminds me of Venti and Zhongli in the way she synergizes with everyone.

Yes, very much. Right now my favorite way to use her is in my Tartaglia team. I can have her do some attacks that do decent damage along with a full heal during his melee cooldown. Then use Fischl and go back to him, repeat.

We are definitely gonna get new crafting weapons for Inazuma but I doubt the spear will be better than Pike and I have so many good claymores I'm not even worried about it.

Hu Tao isn't that bad lol, in terms of characters I can deal with I would take her over fischl any day of the week.

It's interesting how most launch 4-Star characters have decreased in usefulness over time due to power creep, but Bennett and Noelle become weird late game mathematical oddities.

Barbara is still typically the most used character in all aggregates for anything.

As people get better at the game and understand the mechanics more, characters that were originally benched get to see more use while the guys that put out big damage early are benched in favor of even harder hitting 5*s.

So Bennett, Xingqiu, Fischl, Noelle, Barbara, Sucrose, Beidou, and Xiangling have defied the odds to become staples by which entire teams are built around.

Long story short, a 4* anemo claymore loli tanuki ninja.

Scales heals and dmg on ATK%, yet requires very high elemental mastery to benefit off of passive talent/constellation scaling. (= dead on arrival together with Kazuha)

Skill hold is an up to 10 second wheel transformation that deals anemo dmg on touch and ends with an anemo AoE kick, skill tap just shortens duration. Tartaglia cooldown mechanic, C2 grants her skill a 3.3% - 66% damage bonus based on hold duration.
(I'm strongly hoping this makes her very fast coz it would make her the best overworld travel character)

Burst and C1 are stolen from Bennett. Heals below 70%, deals anemo single/AoE damage if all nearby players are above 70%. C1 erases damage hp restriction.

Elemental mastery scales a groupwide heal each time Sayu swirls, 2sec cooldown, I calculated 1200 or so hp heals at 800 elemastery. IIRC C6 scales the effect of burst based on elemastery but the multiplier is incredibly small so you'd probably benefit more off of ATK or healing power%?

Well, I mostly spoke from a half-informed meta-slave's perspective and the source is some translation someone wrote off of a leaker's words.

Realistically, Sayu covers multiple roles, that alone may make her very desirable:
-anemo shred (requires venerer)
-healing (single on burst. If you want groupwide, you lose dps coz EM spec)
-claymore main/sub dps (unlikely! C2 absolutely required. 4*s and healers usually have garbage damage multipliers)
-gravity pulls? (I highly doubt it, descriptions said nothing about pulls and you wouldnt add gravity pulls on healing or wheel attacks).
-overworld utility (animals do not run away on seeing Sayu, wheel might add 0 stamina cost mobility, skill resists stagger)
-elemental defense breaking (if her skill ends up having a very high hit count it just might help at tearing down any shields and armors? It absorbs the touched element too)

I probably won't use her at all coz I have 2 gravity pullers and resistance shreds already, have Diona+Barbara+Noelle for healing, 1-2 chars of each main element as main dps

I tried my best to replicate this on mobile and while I can shoot like that it's basically impossible to be accurate so it would only work at point blank range. It's also hard to get that kind of consistency. And then forget about dodging at the same time.

You need at least 4 new ones anyway lol.

Also need to figure out how the cap works because if it counts all stat then she might hit the 75% bonus just by wearing it. Stacking ER is probably not a good long term strategy as only 20% of that gets converted to damage. You'll want essentially the exact same stats as you have now because melt & vaporize are not being changed by the EM buffs

Right now, I have a crapton of ER stacked on her because all I ever use her for is bursts and decoys. It's really not the most destructo build, but I was fooling around with an ER sands I picked up one day just for shits and giggles and I'll be damned if the stupid thing rolled every upgrade into Crit damage.
