In a chapter she discusses an experiment done by these scientists that proved intentions can have a drastic affect on the experience of a person. As in, if one person placed their intentions on winning at a slot machine then they would have a significant advantage over someone playing mindlessly.

This got me thinking, can this be applied to biology? If i focused my intentions on burning fat around my midsection would i burn more fat than the typical person just laying at home chilling? This kind of body morphing through thoughts has me curious if it is possible. I know it is already possible at low weights because when i set my intentions and visualized myself losing 5lbs of fat and going from 12% bf to 6% i actually achieved it.
