I think what most people forget is that forming a healthy relationship should be the heart of dating. If a transgender person is able to do that successfully and have that love bloom into something that lasts their lifetime then that's great. I'm going to be honest in that I usually defer these marks to someone more knowledgeable on the matter. My general belief is that love can happen anywhere and anytime. Assuming that date means relationship here, there's different aspects of a relationship that I don't think ever gets taken into account. The simplest breakdown being the romantic side of things and the sexual side of things. Another breakdown being emotional bonding vs non-sexual physical touching (physical affection). I think what most people forget is that forming a healthy relationship should be the heart of dating. If a transgender person is able to do that successfully and have that love bloom into something that lasts their lifetime then that's great. You cannot really force a healthy relationship between two people without it causing harm to one or both people. Unrequited love exists universally and equally hurts like hell for all.
