I don't just mean GameFAQs, I mean the internet in general. Terrible "mobile-friendly" redesigns are a plague that just won't go away.

it's fine, but 9 is best. ninestalgia is a functional approximation. when that goes, i expect to be right behind.

I much prefer post info being above the post rather than the old way. That was a redesign that actually made the site more useable on mobile while still being very pleasing to look at on desktop.

But this new layout is just so bad I'm struggling to comprehend how it even happened.

Change is fundamentally scary

However this is the first time it's felt like the site literally is changing from top to bottom and not in a good way.

At least in the past they kept past design styles and the new design styles weren't too drastic of departures as to be unrecognizable.

This is bad all the way round. I get that not every feature they intend is in yet but if you're going to force it to go live, have everything as you intend it. And if you're going to remove features (I. E. Topic List button at the bottom of the message list) you better have a good fucking explanation for it

oh, hey. just wanted to say you are 99% the reason i'm still here. dunno if that's a good thing or a bad thing. i was not happy when throwback died, lol.

so, thanks for your continuingly amazing work. here's hoping you can save me (and i hope many others) from being forced into the future.
