None of the other ones are in a sexual context so they don't count. The two primary features are exaggerated facial features and sexual pleasure.

Thanks dude but the obvious connotation is its usage in media, given ahegao is a term used almost exclusively in media. But yes, why didn't I think of that, you're very smart, have a banana sticker.
