I stand like...most of the day. I don't sit much. It used to be because the moment I sit down, all the pain would rush to my feet.
Nowadays, I honestly feel no pain after work, regardless of the hours. I work at a Pizza Hut, granted, but half my day is spent going from one end of the store to the other. The pain goes away, just takes time(AND COMFY SHOES!). It gets easier, but then it comes creeping back.

Takes a few weeks to get used to being on your feet so much. It's your back you really have to watch out for.
Decent shoes and inserts as needed can help, but really, it's just a matter of toughing it out until your feet adjust. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
