It's actually legit lol. I set everything on moderate levels and I was within a sliver of beating the 1st Dragonaux fight before he killed me >_>

I remember this was rare during covid but I'm glad I finally got this. It kinda makes workout fun and I've always lacked on doing my core so this helps. Can't wait to get swole and fuck some big titty bitches!

I tried it for a couple weeks after it first came out, but it has way too much running in place for how messed up my hip is.

There is a setting where you can turn that off. I believe you can substitute the running with slow knee lifts.

No, she is an NPC and boss battle that you meet later in the game.

My only issue was that it starts off too lower body focused. I wanted a more total body routine but had to wait like a week before I could open up new attacks to do so.

Anyway, I never finished it. I was having a difficult time fitting it into my normal routine. It's a legit workout though.

Yeah, I noticed the first time it was all core and legs >_> I thought "well, maybe they'll switch to arm stuff next time to stagger it out", but I guess that isn't the case?

It does cycle through leg-focused worlds, arm-focused worlds, and core-focused worlds. But it's true that it focuses on lower body first and foremost.

My brother who is a fitness trainer said that it's typical of workout programs to start with lower body first, as that not only strengthens your leg and butt muscles, but it helps you improve your form for when you start working on core and arms. So it seems there is a science to it. He also says that people typically ignore his recommendations and jump right to arms and chest and end up hurting themselves in the process... <_<

Though I will say there are less red (arm) workouts in the game than all the other types, and it's made even worse that some of them are simply "raise your arms in the air" types of workouts. I had to stick to some lower damage attacks just so I could squeeze some good arm workouts in until I unlocked some better ones.

When I worked out on my own, I always neglected my core, so I'm kinda glad I'm being forced to do core stuff, especially early >_> But that form stuff does make sense it seems like
