Well that is just fucking great.
Fortunately, most cystic ovarian tumors are just benign, but even the thought of it not being benign doesn't feel great. They're going to do a CT guided needle aspiration next week to find out what it is. Most likely just a follicle cyst. Ouch how big is it? I had one a little over a year ago that got to 2.5 cm.

Any ovarian "abnormality" has vastly too great of chance of going malignant. You should know that.
