The CDC imposed a moratorium on evictions because mass homelessness is a public health crisis. This federal moratorium expires at the end of June.

I think that if it is not going to be renewed that the CDC has to stagger the evictions. It is going to be crazy if everyone gets evicted all at once. It will not only be a nightmare for the people being evicted but there will be a crash in the rental market.
