Scour the house for up entry points and seal em up. Dont scare off any possible predators in your yard/outdoor property. They will pick off a few. Wont solve the problem but can help keep it a little more manageable if a Hawk, Owl, etc. sets up shop. My apartment doesnt have a mouse problem but I did see a mostly eaten mouse outside the other day. We have a Hawk, and various other birds, rodents and small-medium mammals around and a decent chunk of em eat things like mice. My old neighborhood had a lot of stray and feral cats(plus some owls, a couple hawks etc.) and they ate the shit out of mice. Never ever saw one in the house. Only corpses outside a couple times a year. Dont have neighbors.
