I watched the first and second movie in the theaters like way back when, but I havent seen anything after that, and the 9th is about to come out.

I have. I think it should have ended at 7 but if you consider what they are, mindless fun, 8 was fun as well.

Though it gets confusing with what happened in what movie outside the first 3.

I'm looking forward to 9. Several characters are returning and Cena is in it.

The last one I watched was when Dom steals that submarine. It was either 7 or 8. I didn't see Hobbs & Shaw.

The last movie in the series needs to have Dom racing the devil for someone's soul.

I've seen them all. Still think the original is the best, and everything after the first 3 has gone too far off the rails. Still enjoyable, but too over the top compared to where things started.

Um. No.

I only saw the first one in theaters and my friends starting driving like total psychos for like a week after that. The movie sucked.

I thought 8 was too over the top but the series knows what it wants to be now especially after it went from a series of box office duds to one of the highest grossing franchises of all time.

The last one I saw was Tokyo drift, so no, I'm way out of the loop.

The films were decent 1-6, 7 was when it got kinda over the top but it was still fun.

8 is when they went full fucking idiot and it was the first F&F movie I not only kept thinking this is fucking stupid and wow they are not even trying to make it believable anymore. Hobbs and Shaw was actually worse then 8 and even more stupid to the point I was just bored with it after 30 mins. Watching H&S act like children trying to out tough each other got old after 10 minutes.

I am not even bothering with F&F 9 on tv when it is on tv, the first 7 are all that matter, the series went to shit with 8.

4 was relatively normal.

The series went off the rails in 5 with the safe scene.

I love watching them and turning my mind off for a few hours.

i wouldn't say off the rails because of the negative connotation, but embraced that it's just a super hero franchise now. 5 has the safe scene, 6 has the bat mobile + jump off the bridge (and death smeath, here's Michele Rodriguez) , 7 dom can falcon punch a garage floor, 8 is the sub, hobbs and shaw let's us grapple a helicopter down, 9 is giving us Die hard's car vs aircraft and a flying rocket car.
