Make a burger?

70/30 ground beef, press into patty, salt patty, pre-heat pan to medium/medium-high, cook 5-6 minutes on one side, flip, repeat, if cheese add slice of cheese on top for last 1 minute and cover pan, remove from pan and place on bun/bread of choice (I prefer toasted white bread since it adds little to no flavor to the equation) with toppings of choice (I do mayo/brown mustard/and a thick slice of grilled/steamed onion placed in the pan with the burger after the first flip), consume with beverage of choice, end.

Want fries as well? Slice potatoes to desired thickness (thicker better for this method), parboil till nearly falling apart, drain well, coat well in oil, place in baking pan with space inbetween each fry in 425 pre-heated oven until browned as desired (flipping halfway through), remove and toss in bowl with desired amount of seasonings (salt/pepper/etcetc), place onto paper towel lined plate to wick away remaining oil, consume, end.

Shit ain't hard, and parboil -> oven roast fries will be crispier than any deep friend fry you've ever had (and get about as crispy as glass after sitting a bit)
