...To be kid-friendly on certain videos anyway?
Videos marked as "for kids" don't have any comments on them (even if they did in the past; they are outright removed), can't be viewed in the Mini-Player, and cannot be saved to any Playlist, not even your private ones such as Watch Later. I know why Google had to take action, but it just seems like an inconvenience for older users when there's already an alternative intended for kids. --- I often wonder if we are growing as a people... or in fact, regressing. ... If they want to ban comments then I can cope with that. But banning them from any lists is just stupid and intolerable

YouTube isn't designed for people to enjoy and watch things on it. It's for advertisers to sell, so that is who is appeased.
