Which is better?




I used a flat top thing I have between my burners on my stove for a burger today, and have to say it turned out better than my ones on the gas grill turns out. Will have to play around with this.

griddle. you also have to smash them so you get those caramelized edges

Gotta be a charcoal grill to be better than the griddle.

doesnt that make the meat dry? I was taught not to press burgers so that you dont push out the meat juices
